Our Training Experience

- Managed and refined a program utilized by Chrysler, Audi, Porsche,
and Volkswagen to train 6,000 dealership service advisors in customer service
and sales techniques
- Created a professional service/sales-training program for Marriott. The
program was awarded Federal job retraining funds
- Responsible for the supervision and coordination of staff development
for 110 educators. The Department of Education recommended the project
design as
a national model
- Designed and delivered a management development program for 200 mining
supervisors in 18 sites
- Designed and delivered a customer satisfaction program in conjunction
with
JD Power for automotive collisions centers. Attendance
mandated by PPG for 2200 body shops affiliated with
PPG automotive refinish paint
- Have held teaching, management, and consulting positions in public,
private and university settings. Local and international applications
